Lucas Bullen

Lucas is a Chartered Chemical Engineer (CEng MIChemE) experienced in the design, operation, commissioning and optimisation of processing facilities in the mining, chemicals and resources industry.

With a focus on refinery design in the battery and critical minerals space, he has experience across a wide range of projects from $10M EPC lump sum to +$1B EPCM projects. Lucas is passionate about business strategy, minerals policy, asset decarbonisation, coaching and mentoring young professionals and students.

He is currently a process manager and study manager, developing the team and business capability in the engineering critical minerals space.

Lucas serves as chair for the joint chemical engineering committee, Western Australia and sits on the Australian IChemE national board. He has volunteered with IChemE since 2021.
