Khalaf Abdullah Aldossary

Khalaf is a Chartered Chemical Engineer based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. He began his career as a refinery process engineer working on hydroprocessing units, where he gained hands-on experience with refinery operations.

After several years in operations, he moved into a central engineering and technical services function, where he supports multiple facilities and contributes to technical evaluations, standards, engineering governance, and cross-asset advisory support.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester and is currently pursuing an MBA at Imperial College London Business School.

As a Congress member, Khalaf aims to represent chemical engineers in the Middle East and Gulf communities within IChemE, drawing on his background to bring the perspective of members working in the region.
